Unique, small property. New-fashioned and spotless units with a balcony and modern bathroom plus reasonably comfortable double bed. Excellent very central location and really friendly and affable staff.

Had 3 nights in Bilbao, spending my time here lovely. My twin room with reasonably comfortable double bed and a cozy balcony plus a good shower was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned.
Beds were very hard in this place.

The food was fabulous and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. The king room was reasonably large and beautiful with daily fresh towels too, so that guests had essentials. The position of the hotel was excellent and particularly good, in the old part of town.

My family and I loved being there. I found the staff attentive and top-class. Besides, the location was brilliant and fascinating for my stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Casco Viejo. What's more, it was near to Bilbao, Bilbao Old Town and the centre.

overall, it's fabulous base for exploring bilbao attractions. all the staff members are personable and adorable. it takes 5 mins by foot to the bus stop. thank you for a truly memorable stay.
